How to submit data logs?

If you've contacted us about an issue you're experiencing, we may request some data logs from your device to help us diagnose the problem more effectively. These logs provide valuable insights that allow us to investigate and resolve the issue swiftly. Here's how you can easily share them with us:


  1. Open the Progress app on your iPhone and tap the Me tab in the bottom right
  2. Scroll down and tap Help & Support
  3. Tap Report a Bug.
  4. Send us a new email, including a short message about the issue. Please do not delete the log file or any of the information that automatically attaches to your message.
