Does Progress have access to my personal data?
The short answer is no, the Progress App and the team have no access to any of your personal data. All your Health data is stored locally on your device and backed up on Apple’s cloud servers.
The only time that we would see any personal data at all is when you contact our support team, in which case we would see your name and email address. You can ask for these details to be removed from our support system once your issue has been resolved, and we would not add your contact details to mailing lists or otherwise without your express permission in line with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
Can I delete my data if I no longer need or wish to use the app?
Since the app does not collect any of your personal data, there is nothing to delete. We'd advise turning off iCloud Sync for Progress in your iPhone Settings app, and deleting the Progress app from your device. This will delete everything you have entered.
