What is Total Measurements?

Total Measurements shows the combined change across all body measurements you’ve entered over time.

When you log measurements (such as waist, hips, arms, chest, thighs, etc.), the app calculates how much each measurement has changed since your starting entry.

Those individual changes are then added together to give you one overall number to give you an idea of your general progress.

  • A negative number means a total decrease across measurements
  • A positive number means a total increase across measurements

This value may be shown in inches or centimetres, depending on your settings.

For example, if your progress over time looks like this:

  • Waist: −2 inches
  • Hips: −1 inch
  • Arm: +0.5 inches

Your Total Measurements would be -2.5 inches

This doesn’t represent one specific body part. Instead, it gives a big-picture view of how your measurements have changed overall.
