How to Restore My Profile

  1. Open the Progress app and tap Me in the bottom right
  2. Tap your icon in the top right
  3. Tap Select Profile to view your list of profiles
  4. Tap Restore Profile at the bottom and wait a few moments for the backups to load
  5. Select a backup with your recent data, tap the dropdown arrow and then tap Restore
