My Data Is Missing

If your historical data is missing, please first check for multiple profiles to ensure a new profile hasn't been made accidentally with your data saved in an old one. To check this, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Me tab
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right
  3. Tap Change Profile
  4. Any other profiles will be listed for you to check

If this doesn't help, try the following steps:

  1. Tap on the Me tab
  2. Scroll down until you find Manage Data (Backup & Restore)
  3. Tap on Restore Local Backup to see if there are any backups of your historical data there to restore
