My Data Is Missing
If your historical data is missing, please first check for multiple profiles to ensure a new profile hasn't been made accidentally with your data saved in an old one. To check this, please follow these steps:
- Open the Me tab
- Tap your profile icon in the top right
- Tap Change Profile
- Any other profiles will be listed for you to check
If this doesn't help, try the following steps:
- Tap on the Me tab
- Scroll down until you find Manage Data (Backup & Restore)
- Tap on Restore Local Backup to see if there are any backups of your historical data there to restore
